New Student Application Fee
This is a non–refundable fee that is due with each application.

Rates and Book Usage Fees
A non-refundable fee due by June 1st and is non–refundable for grades from K-4 to 5th grade. It includes: consumable books and materials, ACSI membership fees, Rosetta Stone fees, Renaissance Place fees and achievement testing fees.

Activity Fee – (To be paid by the first day of classes)
This fee will cover field trips (up to $25.00 per child) and contribute $25.00 to the social committee fund to coordinate social activities for the school and is non refundable.

Technology Fee – A non-refundable fee to be paid based on your payment option. ie. 10 mon. payment plan = $17.50 added to your tuition payment.

Graduation Fee
Kindergarten graduation fee is due and payable by May 1st.

Late Tuition Payment Fee
This fee will be charged per student/per month if the appropriate tuition payment is not received by the 5th of the month due for semester and quarterly payments. For all FACTS payments, they must be paid the day you selected.

Returned Check Fee
This fee will be charged for each returned check.

Change of Payment Plan Fee
A fee of $30.00 will be charged if the payment plan is changed.

Policies and Notes:
Students may be suspended if their account is more than 30 days in arrears. All payments must be made on time. Report cards or transfer of records will not be released for any student with an unpaid account. Kindergarten students may not participate in graduation exercises until the school bill for the family is paid in full.

What VWCS costs You... 2010 – 2011
The actual cost to deliver the services of the school for facilities, etc. is nearly $9,000. The amount that we ask you to contribute is the tuition along with the book and activity fees. VWCS offers a number of installment plans.

Tuition may be paid using any one of the following five options:

  • Annual Payment Option # 1 – a single payment of total tuition for the year is due in the VWCS office by July 1st.
  • Semester Payment Option # 2two payments with the first payment (1/2 of the total yearly tuition) due on July 1st and the second payment due on December 1st. A 1% service and processing fee will be will be added to the total tuition for this option.
  • Quarterly Payment Option # 3four payments, with the first payment (1/4 of the total yearly tuition) due on July 1st, October 1st, January 1st, and April 1st. A 3% service and processing fee will be added to the total tuition for this option.
  • Installment Payment Option # 4eight payments (July – February) each payment is due and payable the first of the month from July 1st through February 1st. A 5% service and processing fee will be added to the total tuition for this option.
  • Installment Payment Option # 5ten payments (July – April) Each payment is due and payable the first of the month from July 1st through April 1st. A 7% service and processing fee will be added to the total tuition for this option.
